Party in a Box Selfie Lounge Booking Policy Thank you for considering Party in a Box Selfie Lounge for your upcoming private event. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking Procedure: To reserve Party in a Box Selfie Lounge for your private event, please contact our event coordinator at least [insert number] days in advance to confirm availability. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due the day before the event. 2. Event Duration: The rental fee includes access to Party in a Box Selfie Lounge for a duration of 4-5 hours. Additional hours may be available for an extra fee, subject to availability. Please discuss your event timeline with our event coordinator. 3. Cancellation Policy: No cancellations are permitted within 30 days of the event date. Cancellations made prior to this period will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 4. Capacity and Guest List: The maximum capacity of Party in a Box Selfie Lounge is 25 guests. Please provide an estimated number of guests when booking your event. Any changes to the guest list must be communicated to our event coordinator at least 5 days before the event date. 5. Event Setup and Decor: You are welcome to decorate Party in a Box Selfie Lounge to suit your theme and preferences. However, please refrain from using adhesives, nails, or other materials that may damage the property. All decorations must be removed promptly at the end of the event, and Party in a Box Selfie Lounge should be left in its original condition. 6. Catering and Outside Vendors: You have the option to choose your own caterer and other vendors for your event. Please provide our event coordinator with the contact information of your selected vendors. Outside vendors must adhere to Party in a Box Selfie Lounge's policies and regulations, including insurance requirements and health and safety standards. 7. Compliance with Regulations: All private events held at Party in a Box Selfie Lounge must comply with local laws, regulations, and ordinances, including noise ordinances and alcohol consumption laws. By booking your private event at Party in a Box Selfie Lounge, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
